Serra in Paris
great story about richard serra's show monumenta in the grand palais in paris in the times today. i have always loved the sheer magnitude of his work, and 73 ton, 5 inch thick, 56 foot tall subtly tilting towers really sums up his great career.
Terry Richardson Show
went to a terry richardson show at the Laforet in harajuku today. all portrait style shots of the jackass crew. i loved the gonzo approach to the shoot, about 2 dozen photos of them drinking, smoking, wrestling, some nude, some clothed, i guess a basic night for them, just under the lens of richardson and his studio lights.
